Collection of Information
Personally Identifiable Information - Within the Iussa Law web site you may voluntarily submit information that personally identifies you ("Personally Identifiable Information"). Of course, though, you can visit and navigate throughout our web site without disclosing to Iussa Law who you are. Iussa Law only collects Personally Identifiable Information about you if you choose to share it with us, for example, if you submit Personally Identifiable Information via our Contact page, register for conferences, workshops, etc. You may also provide Personally Identifiable Information by directly contacting Iussa Law via an e-mail, such as through an address provided in a hyperlink. Personally Identifiable Information generally includes, but is not limited to, your name, e-mail, address, and phone number, as well as any information disclosed in any messages to us.
Anonymous Use Data
To better serve our web site visitors and for marketing purposes, Iussa Law may collect (e.g. via Google analytics) anonymous usage data about your activity on our web site. We may store information about the type of browser/device you are using, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, the time, date, and length of your visit; geographic region, demographic information, and any referring site. Such information is collected via computer code sent to your computer/device (commonly referred to as a "cookie"). As we understand it, the cookie will not expire, unless you manually delete it or set your browser to reject it. If you do not accept the cookie, however, you may have difficulty navigating the Iussa Law web site.
Use of Information
Iussa Law is not in the business of farming personal information for third parties, we use Non-Personally Identifiable Information only to manage and update our web site. We analyze in the aggregate anonymous information on pages visited by our users so as to make the Iussa Law web site useful and user friendly. Any anonymous data shared with third parties is only done so for those who provide web site services for Iussa Law.
Iussa Law will never sell or knowingly share any Personally Identifiable Information to others without your consent. Any Personally Identifiable Information you submit through our web site will be used to the greatest extent possible for the purpose you intend and/or requested. We may keep your information and use it to provide you with additional information in the future that we deem to be of interest to you. In addition, we may share this information with third parties to fulfill your request or to provide other services that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish Iussa Law to use your information in this manner, then do not submit any Personally Identifiable Information to us. In addition, Iussa Law may disclose Personally Identifiable Information about you if Iussa law believes in good faith that the law requires it (such as a subpoena, court order or a law enforcement request), or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our legal interests. The information collected from you may be transferred to a third party in the unlikely event of a sale, acquisition, merger or bankruptcy involving Iussa Law.
Iussa Law employs commercially available and reasonable security measures to minimize any risk of unauthorized access to Personally Identifiable Information. You should understand, however, that we cannot and do not guarantee that such security measures are complete protection against all efforts to gain unauthorized access to such information.
Application of United States Laws
Iussa Law is a US based professional limited liability company, and as such we make best efforts to comply with all applicable state and federal laws. Your Personally Identifiable Information is used and stored in the United States. Please note that if you access our web site from outside of the US, data protection and privacy regulations may differ, particularly the European Union.

Iussa Law does not track your on-line activity across other websites and we do not knowingly permit any third-parties (other than Google Analytics) to conduct online tracking of you while you are visiting the Iussa Law web site. Consequently, we do not respond to your browser's Do Not Track signal.

Iussa Law is strongly committed to complying with (COPPA) the “Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.” The Iussa Law web site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and Iussa Law does not knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If we reasonably believe or have knowlege that Personally Identifiable Information was provided by a child under the age of 13, we will immediately delete such information. It is the responsibility of parents, guardians, educational institutions and the like to supervise their children's online activities and to direct their activities to assure a child-friendly, online environment.
